What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), your town, details of your request and any documents you attach. Documents often contain sensitive personal information, and we treat them accordingly.

How we use it

We use your information only to prepare your quote, carry out the work you order, contact you about it and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Your documents are seen only by staff, translators, notaries and couriers involved in your order. Where the work requires it, documents are submitted to government offices or embassies. All translators are bound by confidentiality.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and documents only as long as needed for your order and for our accounting and legal obligations, then delete them.

Website

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. Form submissions are sent by email over an encrypted connection.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you. Email info@abc-offices.com and we will respond promptly.
